2Ti 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

Which to me means speak the truth whether they like it or do not like it but always in love, also does not mean to shove the truth down peoples throats, people wont eat a meal till they are hungry
